Sabina Nurbagandova is a Russian qualified lawyer specialising in international commercial and investment arbitration. In addition to Peter & Kim, she has gained professional experience at a boutique international arbitration law firm in Paris, and at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). In 2022, she obtained an LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration from Stockholm University, graduating with highest honours.
- Assisted in two parallel arbitrations stemming from gas supply contracts involving claims of more than USD 700 million
- Assisted in an investment arbitration under the UNCITRAL Rules arising out of a dispute between an investor in real estate development projects and a sovereign state
- Assisted in an investment arbitration under the ICSID Rules over claims relating to loan agreements
