Clio Mordivoglia is a Hungarian qualified lawyer specializing in international commercial and investment arbitration, with a solid background of public international law.

Prior to joining Peter & Kim, she has gained considerable experience working for the dispute resolution practices of leading international law firms in Budapest. She graduated with an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement in Geneva (2022) and a Juris Doctor from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest (2018). Clio Mordivoglia passed the Budapest Bar (2022) and became the member of the Bar in April 2023.

She is active as counsel in a number of ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings, e.g., under the ICC and UNCITRAL Rules, encompassing a variety of sectors. She joined Peter & Kim as an associate in April 2023, after having been a junior associate with the firm since March 2022.

  • Counsel in an arbitration under the ICC Rules arising out of an agency agreement related to the construction of a railway system and a related dispute concerning a consortium agreement for the construction of a railway system, Swiss law applicable.
  • Counsel in an ICC arbitration relating to a major joint venture infrastructure project.
  • Acting as part of a counsel team in an arbitration under the ICC Rules arising out of a long-term gas supply contract under Swiss law applicable and a related arbitration under the SCC Rules arising out of a long-term gas supply contract under Swedish law.
  • Assisted in a treaty-based investment arbitration administered by the Permanent Court of Arbitration under UNCITRAL Rules arising out of a dispute between an investor in real estate projects and a sovereign state.
  • Counsel in an arbitration under the rules of the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry concerning a service charges dispute arising out of a commercial property management contract, Hungarian law applicable.
  • Counsel in an arbitration under the rules of the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry concerning a railway construction project, Hungarian law applicable.
  • Assisted in a proceeding in front of the EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators and the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning an incremental capacity project proposal for a gas interconnection point.
  • Assistant to the Tribunal in a commercial arbitration concerning the development and management of a municipality’s electricity infrastructure and distribution under the SCC Rules.
  • Secretary to the Tribunal in a commercial arbitration under the ICC Rules arising out of an agency agreement.
